No answer from the page author. I tried (not very hard, I must admit) to use the export to media wiki extension to send an updated version of the tables on the document provided by Ariel but the extension sits there for ever connecting to the server and doing nothing so finally I gave up. Converting the tables by hand on mwiki format imply translating every Math object into LaTeX, convert the tables to text and do some RegEx magic... doable, but not now.
