While I support adoption, I think section 5.1 of RFC 8781 and this draft’s
recommendation in section 4.2 need reconciliation.

RFC 8781 section 5.1 already recommends using PCP-discover [RFC7225] PREF64
or the PREF64 RA Option over resolving PREF64 with an IPv4-only fully
qualified domain lookup [RFC7050].

How is the recommendation in section 4.2 different than what is already in
section 5.1 of RFC 8781? What should an implementation change to comply
with this draft compared to RFC 8781 section 5.1?

Should the text in section 5.1 of RFC 8781 get updated?
