The chairs have been wanting to give you an update on the status of these.
 We were in agreement with the authors on the agreement in the
agreements reached during the call for adoption discussion.   They had
promised us new versions, but being busy people, they got busy.

However, I am quite convinced the authors will have updated versions by
Monday, and we will spend the weeks before IETF addressing any comments.
