Speaking only for myself, I missed the call for comments etc., and suspect
others did as well.

While most of the content is relatively minor clean-up, I think having such
clean-up done on comparatively important RFCs such as this is a good thing.

My suggestion (feel free to ignore) would be to re-issue this call in the
new year, once folks have returned from their holiday breaks.

I'm in favor of moving this work forward.
