I would say the same thing.
DNS operators (whether outsourced or on-prem), seem way more proactive about
v6 support than other parts of organizations.  I think that's because
recursive nameserves effectively have always done an equivalent to "happy
eyeballs", so the risk is low.

There are exceptions:  ipv6.bell.ca is one.
