Sure, that may be the entirety of things. And to be clear: I
wasn't al all trying to imply there's any delay here, (e.g. I
know it took me months before I asked the right person and
then learned that what I was publishing as HTTPS RRs was
wrong;-) but the fact that both I and someone in browser
development misinterpreted stuff around ports != 443 may
indicate that a bit more clarity on that topic could be
useful, if there's a window open for a bit of text polishing.
