Dunno where you heard that, but it's completely not true.

Every SRV and TLSA record has a name that starts with two underscored
labels. Every DKIM key record has _domainkey in the middle.

It was true once! :-)   That's why I said "I think" - too many twiddles to the DNS to keep tract of.
