I see a message on dnsop from you proposing a bunch of things
including "rationalizing" names, and comments from Andrew and Peter
saying they like that approach.
I am not finding any message from me with that word in it, so I've no idea
what you are referring to.

It says:
2. Create a separate document that specifies modifications to the SRV and
URI documents, rationalizing the use of underscore names, through the
mechanism defined in -attrleaf-.
Take a look, at the latest draft. If you have concerns with it, please point
to specific text in it.
Same problems that Vixie, Andrei, and I have been pointing to all along.
It retroactively redefines SRV and contradicts RFC 6335.
See the link I sent yesterday to a version I wrote that sets up a registry
that documents existing practice without trying to change history.
