There are some types of bailiwicks at delegation.
I need separate definitions of each name server name type.

(1) [ narrow In-bailiwick ? ]

A name server name that require glue records.
The name server name is subordinate to or (rarely) the same as
the owner name of the NS resource record (at delegation).

TLD Registries allow this types of glue records.

(2) [ broad In-bailiwick ? ] / In-bailiwick in RFC 7719

A name server name that may have glue records.
The name server name is subordinate to or (rarely) the same as
    the zone origin (RFC 7719 In-Bailiwick (a)).
    (2) contain (1).

(2') [ ????? In-bailiwick ]

    (2) exclude (1).

Recently, TLD Registries do not allow this types of glue record
    registration.

(3) [ Out-of-bailiwick ]

    # A name server name that must not have glue records.
The name server name is not subordinate to or the same as the zone origin.

Please show good terms to write papers.

Regards,
