With Homenet's session ending early, I removed the "definition" section (and retitled it to reflect that it is a case for clarifying, not to be confused with containing an architectural definition). The draft is in manual submission now, will be a -06. Apparently I never got the memo about the modern ID submission process ;) - I keep getting some part of the meta-data wrong.
