We were requested to hold off on this document until the .onion
document had completed it's process. As this has now been approved,
and lies with the RFC Editor, we are requesting WGLC of
draft-ietf-dnsop-alt-tld ("The ALT Special Use Top Level Domain")

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad
idea in the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
regret at having chosen those particular rabid weasels and that pair
of pants.
