If this were to change in the future, I’ll be happy to send the pointer to this list (provided I’m still at ICANN). In the meantime, during the upcoming ICANN meeting (as it is the case every ICANN meeting) there is a public forum where any member of the community can raise any topic to the ICANN Board while facing the community. You don’t have to travel to participate, there is remote participation. Alternatively, correspondence can be sent to ICANN leadership for consideration and it will get posted publicly in the related section of the website. Finally, there is the option of working within the gNSO to develop a policy on this regard.
