There is the NYT web site case and may be others.

In the past, ISPs have just pre-populated v4 PTRs because it wasn't hard
to do in configs and it masked folks doing things like NYT.

This draft does give us a chance to see if that really is still at all
common. It it turns out that it really is just one or two large sites
and we can document it, that does give DNS folks at ISPs some ammo for
"fixing" something that "isn't broken", at least according to mgmt.

That ISP default isn't likely to change quickly but hard facts do go a
long way in such discussions. ;)
