The AS112-like paradigm proposed in draft-lee-dnsop-scalingroot-00.txt also 
deserves review and comment.

(I've got no opinion on this, yet, as co-chair or root server operator or 
anything else, beyond "it should be discussed openly, with an eye on 
technical/operational means of making DNS resolution for internet users 
work/scale better.")
