There are no more regressions known.

I've just tagged 2.84rc1, from 2.83 this has commits as follows:

1) The three commits it took to fix the DNS regression.
2) A couple of tidying/optimisation to the new 2.83 security fixes that
were held back in the interests of keeping patchsets small for backporters.
3) Some administrivia.
4) Vladislav's HAVE_NETTLEHASH->HAVECRYPTOHASH change, but modified for
backward compatibilty with HAVE_NETTLEHASH.


I'm pretty confident of all of these, so unless I hear of a reason not
to, I intend to release this as 2.84 in 24 hours.
