Since setxkbmap simply modifies the X keyboard layout [1] on the fly, I sincerely doubt it comes with any magic strings attached. For that I'm afraid you'd have to come up with something that fits your needs. Impromptu, I have unfortunately not the faintest idea how one would have to proceed to accomplish what you ask for. FWIW, the reverse of above command should be: setxkbmap -option caps:capslock [1] See man xkeyboard-config for a full list of available options. Beware, it's huge!
