I am a new django user and I was following a tutorial (http:// www.djangoproject.com/documentation/tutorial01/) and I got stuck with the following error trying to access the admin site (http:// 127.0.0.1:8000/). I had created a folder 'c:\project\test' and I started up the server from this folder (python manage.py runserver) with no errors. This is on a Windows 2000 Professional OS.
