It's not a problem with wsgi. The problem is incorrect syntax in line 29 of your views.py file. Check that line and make sure that each line is at the same indentation or is properly indented (4 spaces). If you can't figure this out, post a couple lines from that area of your views.py file and we can help with the syntax and formatting.
