This problem is still the same.
If I have {{ object.published_on|date:"SHORT_DATE_FORMAT" }} in a
template, the output will always be in the format 06/10/2010
(month/day/year), no matter what LANGUAGE_CODE is set to. According to
the documentation the output should be dependent on LANGUAGE_CODE.
