Hi fellow i18n workers, I wanted to ask for testing, feedback and (in case it is deemed correct) hopefully help with getting a core committer to include it in 1.1, for the latest patch for [1]ticket #10436.
What's needed to get the application names translated is to include (and translate of course) them in an (application or project) .PO file.
