It doesn't seem to be our concern... Most pages have trackers but ours do
not. If we add disclaimer/warnings to all our links, we need to do that on
PMC resource pointer pages, even sponsor links.

This is a web client problem, and there are resources to deal with it for
those concerned, IMO
