Note that the example I've added last to the issue is one repos that we from my company Intevation have mainly contributed to, because I know that we do not have plans to just change the status regarding the markings. Others just fell back to use the non-REUSE compliant way of marking the license. So if you could add more good examples to that issue, that would be cool as well.
