To all, I want to thank you for your responses. I knew that I would get a varied response and that there would be a lively discussion. From what all of you said I have let him know that he should chalk this up to experience and move on. I also told him to contact the school and try to end this amicably as to not burn any bridges.
As a new member of the Mentoring Project for LOPSA this has been a training lesson for me. I want to thank you all again. John J. No reasonable person would read a simple sentence in the original context (which you have removed it from) the way you have described, and the rest of the discussion supports the obvious meaning. Any attempt to read beyond the obvious and clear meaning is going into fantasy land. _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/ _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
