I'll also vote for dnsmadeeasy.com.  Global anycasted DNS service at
an amazing price.  (Though they just recently finally deployed anycast
to their secondary servers, it used to be anycast was for their
managed dns service only.)

We've seen this as well.  That tactic alone has made us unwilling to
buy any service from Neustar, ever.
