I've used dnsmadeeasy.com as a secondary at a couple of jobs. I haven't
had any problems. 

I'm still trying to avoid ultradns after some particularly nasty sales
tactics they used a couple years ago. They were calling random company
officers asserting that "Your dns servers are dropping packets"
