(First of all, thanks to those who offered input on the IP cameras...  That was 
very helpful.)

It looks like I will soon be in the market for some rack space in Europe or the 
Middle East.  The idea is the improve performance for customers and remote 
business offices in those regions, versus the latency of transiting the ocean 
(on a good day).  Yes, I do realize there's more to it than just physically 
positioning resources correctly - but the positioning part is what I lack 
expertise on.

I want to target cities that act as the major telecom/transit hubs.  I have a 
decent feel for where these are in the USA, but I haven't the first clue on how 
to figure that out for that part of the world.  For example, Amsterdam is the 
only one that comes to mind.

Does anyone have clues you can offer?  My Google-fu is not working out well.

Also, if you have any good/bad experiences with colo providers in Europe or the 
Middle East, I'd be interested in hearing about those.
