For big stuff like that, you're probably better off with a refurb 
dealer. They love to buy stuff like this and then refurb it and sell it 
with a warranty to somebody else that might want it (depending on the 
gear and relative demand at this time).
Plus, in most cases, this dealer will assume responsibility for any 
petty legalities or defects in the process of verification and assurance 
of the equipment. (If you sell something direct, and it has a defect in 
it, you might be liable for any damages it causes even if you weren't 
aware of it)

Do a search for refurbished Netapp. Most of them are also buyers either 
for whole units or parts.
