Correct.

In fact, a while ago I saw this behavior when downloading Google Apps Sync For 
Outlook on one of my Win XP machines, and was creeped out, and emailed the 
other IT people in my group, to notify them.

We weren't able to reproduce it on other computers, just the one where I first 
saw that.  So I just figured I must have some sort of virus or something secret 
in that one computer.

Since then, I formatted that system and installed Win 7.  And now I see that 
behavior again on that machine.  Also, I've reproduced this behavior now on XP 
where it was previously not reproducible.

I am wondering if the same behavior is being seen by others.
