https://listserv.nd.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=HIED-EMAILADMIN You probably won't find a chart that sums it all up for you, but in the archives, you'll find what other .edu admins have said talking about these issues for several years. And people up for discussing the issues you're interested in (Google's or Microsoft's offerings, etc, etc) since they're dealing with them too.
