I suspect this is yet another MS server program that can only be used
from MS clients. If so, any company that chooses to use it locks out
people who choose to use other clients. Which is, of course, exactly
as MS intended.

An employer says, we have this great new HR application that can be
used from "any computer in the world", just use this URL. But when you
get there, the login requires ActiveX so it won't work from "any"
computer. The HR department and the corporate IT folks never considered
that aspect and have no desire for a solution.
