Thanks for that.   :-)  I am rather shocked and blown away by the number of 
people on this list defending Verizon/Comcast.  I can hardly believe they don't 
see anything wrong with the waiter billing the customer and then also billing 
the cooks in the kitchen.  The customer has already paid both the waiter *and* 
the cooks.  And there's only one restaurant in town so the customer can't go 
somewhere else with better customer service.
