Yes, not doing things in a rush is good.
What I was referring to: if there is less need to hurry, we have more
time to let people step in for the various tasks.

The topic itself is not new, it has in fact been up already
since nearly the beginning of TDF.
Indeed, luckily not all topics are urgent :-)
