A release candidate is now tagged in git and available on github: https://github.com/gnuradio/gnuradio/releases/tag/v3.10.12.0-rc1
It's been a while, as we're slowing down the release schedule for v3.10 a bit. Most of the changes have to do with GRC-Qt (fixes and parity with the Gtk version), UHD/RFNoC updates, CI/devel changes. We'll put out the final release in the next week if everything goes well.
