Hi Jim, The --DPYTHON_EXECUATBLE=/usr with the extra switch is a typo on my part, it should be -DPYTHON_EXECUTABLE=/usr . Sorry. You should get an error from cmake with the second switch.
Can you send the error and log file and I'll have a look.
