If you run build-gnuradio with -v, you'll get more logs, and likely a
note from Cmake that it couldn't find some depend that
gnuradio-companion relies on.

I am building gnuradio on RHEL 6 and gnuradio-companion is not
enabling . How I Should enable gnuradio-companion
And UHD is not compiling on RHEL6.
