If you're tracking CVS, now would be a good time to update everything.

There's been a change to how we implemented the "Auto Transmit/Receive
Switching" in the FPGA. There is no longer a FR_ATR_CTL register.
Everything is handled via the FR_ATR_MASK* registers and friends.
This probably won't impact user code, since the daughterboard code
handles it for you. However, you do need to update so that the FPGA,
host code and apps play nicely together. There's also a new FPGA
rbf and it's included in the usrp update.

Be sure to update:

   gnuradio-core
   usrp
   gr-usrp
   gnuradio-examples

Thanks,
Eric
