Or pour 1.5e8 litres of concrete around the MPAA headquarters, and

In effect, they want to require that all high-speed A/Ds have "watermark
detection"
capability, and shut themselves down like obedient little things.
When I see this kind of nonsense, I feel ashamed to be an engineer...
If they get their way, devices like the USRP would be illegal.
