I use cygwin. It took me several weeks to get it compiling
and testing. Most of this effort was locating and resolving
dependencies, installing auto-tools etc. The core itself
actually only had a couple of easily resolved bugs on cygwin.
I don't have hardware, so can't tell you if usrp is working on
that platform.
