Valek, As far as I know there is no such thing as free visio stencils. But, maybe things have changed. In the past they were very far from free, and therefore not freely given.
A very important feature of Dia vis a vis Visio is the fact that you can make shapes and sheets yourself. All the existing shapes came about in this way - some one needed them, and so they made and shared them. It's fair to say that, so far, no one has wanted floor plan shapes enough to create them. If you want some, you have in Dia the tools to make them yourself, and you can ask for help about how to do it on this list. If you choose to share those shapes they are like an "in kind" service repayment, for use of the free software, you could say.
