Hello, As shown at the link to Weblate you provided, the Turkish translation is actually at 62% complete, not 100%. In general, we remove languages from the default UI when they have low completion (e.g. below around 70%). If you would like for Turkish to be added back to the UI, I would recommend helping translate strings on the Weblate platform to make the UI translation more complete.
