https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=904249

            Bug ID: 904249
           Summary: /NoAuth isn't specified in /etc/httpd/conf.d/rt3.conf
           Product: Fedora EPEL
           Version: el6
         Component: rt3
          Severity: unspecified
          Priority: unspecified
          Reporter: emar...@snowbound.com

Description of problem: Vanilla install of RT3 doesn't fully work. When you
install it, you're missing the directory via httpd for /NoAuth. Either the
rt3.conf file needs to be changed to include a directory for
/usr/share/rt3/NoAuth, or the perl files that run index.html need to be changed
to do the same.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):3.8.13-1.el6.2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RT3
2. reload httpd
3. images don't appear and you can't login since /NoAuth isn't referenced to
httpd

Actual results:

Expected results: Login to work
