GStreamer 1.26 has landed in rawhide a few hours ago, which has unblocked the openh264 rebuild. So this update is now done and submitted: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-54c9292da9 The pre-existing chromium FTBFS issue will need to be handled separately.
