You can find contact information in the accounts page [1], although
Neal's is a huge one, not sure which one is the most relevant to use
other than the matrix channel.
I have left a comment on the PR with more details on what you can do to
contact and make the PR more reviewable, but it generally boils down to
drop a message on #fedora-devel:matrix.org.
