This is an interesting idea! :)

A few things would have to be addressed:
- UI for selecting the language/langpacks (it could be taken from the
system running Media Wrtier, but
  that might not always have the intended language of the Fedora
installation)
- need to update the message checksum after modifying the image so that the
built-in checksum still works
- compatibility of image handling tooling across  all platforms supported
by Media Writer
