The ones I can think of were: 1. There was always a need to clear with legal due to trademark problems and this had caused some names on a list to be rejected. 2. It had gotten less a 'fun diversion' and more of a political issue with a lot of arguments of 'Red Hat is making us use X' or 'Red Hat stop us from using X' at times. This sort of caused the third issue 3. The number of people voting, offering names and being part of the process dropped off dramatically after a bit.
