As I recently noticed because of a package of mine started to FTB, there are no defaults for CPPFLAGS and that env variable is not set automatically in each specfile section. Is because it is useless to have some defaults set? (BTW I've fixed my package FTB by export CPPFLAGS = CXXFLAGS as I don't have any knowledge what to set there...)
