That is a Red Hat problem, and whether it's in RHEL proper or EPEL someone has to do the work. It's not fair of you to ask the community to shoulder that burden, that is a problem for Red Hat to deal with internally to work out how to resource that whether it's it's in EPEL or elsewhere. From the customer's perspective there's other commercial vendors that provide support for LibreOffice too.
