Do you know that Packaging Guidelines require for each of this exclusion
creating a tracking bug for the affected package in Bugzilla
<https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/#_architecture_build_failures>?

We should amend the guidelines not to mandate opening the bugs for this
i686 retirement.
