Part of the confusion may be that: RHEL's Code Ready Builder repo == CentOS PowerTools. They have the same packages in them, just different names. https://wiki.centos.org/FAQ/CentOS8#Where_is_the_CentOS_8_codeready-developer_equivalent_repo.3F kevin
