Requirements:

1. the url to the archive (tar.xz, tar.bz2, etc) corresponding to
various code states (commit/tag/release/fork…) should be regular and
stable (ideally, identical to the current ones to avoid redoing all the
automation that plugs in pagure today, redoing source declaration in
specs, etc)

2. the git repos should be fully accessible over https (read and write)
to allow the contributionsfrom environments where ssh is filtered for
security reasons. It’s hard enough to nurture the contributor pool
whithout infra that can not work with nowaday’s most common access
protocol (contributors should do xxx means no contributors given the
current project attractivity deficit)
